• Live DJ: Dance the night away with a lively DJ who will set the mood and keep the energy high throughout the event.

During our New Moon Cacao, Dance & Play event you’ll have the opportunity to connect to your heart, awaken the inner child within you and express your playful spirit.

We'll begin with setting intentions with Mother Cacao, move into a short movement practice to release stagnant energies from the body. We'll then have the opporunity to craft and create our own smudge stick while enjoying the serene surroundings. Guiding a how-to experience will be led by Carmen, the founder of Indigo Wellness. Experience the essence of this gentle ritual, renowned for purifying and cleansing energy, and creating a sacred, harmonious atmosphere for you. You will depart with a profound understanding in your heart of the spiritual and cultural importance for Native American communities. Let's explore the wonderful journey of crafting our own sage smudge sticks, infusing them with creativity and plenty of positive energy!
